What I've Been Eating on My Weightloss Journey

I wanted to make a blog post of some pictures of my foods that I have been eating this time on my reattempt to get this weight off. I have posted most of these on my Instagram account (you can find me on there by searching for @MissVeronyka) but I wanted to also post them here for those who do not have instagram and also since I am keeping a record of my weightloss on here. Keep in mind that this is not all I have been eating but it is the vast majority of the types of foods I have been eating. I will just mix them up and switch around meals but for the most part these are the types of foods I have been sticking with. If you would like to know more about what I have been doing so far you can watch my video on my youtube channel at this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rYjqSrZ8Yns

Ok that's about it....until next time stay beautiful on the inside as well as the out!

Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

As you all know I did a blog post a month or so back talking about apple cider vinegar and me entertaining the idea of actually taking it to aid in weightloss. I have not taken it yet, I have been still researching the pros and cons if infact there were any. I really feel that I will be taking it. After researching it for months now the only major negative side effect I can find on it is that drinking undiluted apple cider vinegar can damage the lining of your esophagus. I however, will be diluting it into 10 ounces of water so that shouldn't be an issue. I am not sure exactly when I am going to start taking it, more than likely it will be this weekend. I will be sure to let you all know more specifics on how I take it after I have done it a few times. In the meantime I found this interesting graphic online that lists some of the benefits of taking apple cider vinegar and the positive changes that can occur with your body. Thought I would share it with all of you.

Until next time, stay beautiful inside as well as out!

Revlon Color Silk Hair Dye

I am in love with Revlon's Color Silk hair dye. It is by far the best one I have ever used on my hair. I have used everything imaginable. The longest of which was Nice N Easy, which is nice but I find the color isn't that vibrant. I also used the foam by John Freida for the last year but it was getting a bit expensive (it's about $11.00 a box and I needed 3 boxes because I have extremely long thick hair), which is why I decided to go with the Revlon this time. It was $4.59 at my CVS, I hear that sometimes Walmart runs sales on them and they are B1G1 which would be amazing. Anyway, I had never used this particular dye before and was VERY suprised at how well it did. The color I got was Burgundy (pictured above). It is so beautiful! Very vibrant! My hair feels and looks amazing. There is such a difference from the way my hair looks after using the Revlon dye as opposed to all the other ones I have tried. Not to mention that I only needed 2 boxes of this dye to saturate my entire head which is crazy because I normally need 3 boxes of the other brands. I am very impressed and this will be my dye of choice from now on. Another plus to this line of hair dye also is that they have a very nice color selection. I highly recommend you giving it a try if you are someone who likes to use the at home dye to color your hair. The pic below is the next morning after my hair had be colored.

If you have a favorite OTC hair dye let me know! I would love to hear about some of your favorites as well and why you like them so much.
xoxo, Vee
