80's Inspired Nail Design

Just some neon paint splatters on black lines. I need to practice a bit more with the paint splatters. This design didn't come out as neat as I would have liked.

RECIPE: Turkey Chilli Dip for Nachos!

INGREDIENTS:

1 regular size can of the Turkey chilli with no beans (I bought the WOLF brand)
1 cup of frozen brocolli cuts
Low fat shredded cheese
Bag of Nachos
1 teaspoon of garlic powder

DIRECTIONS:

Empty your can of chilli into a microwave safe dish & add your cup of frozen brocolli & your teaspoon of garlic powder. Microwave on HIGH about 4-5 minutes to get the brocolli nice and tender. Remove and stir in 1/2 cup of your shredded cheese. Then just sprinkle more of your shredded cheese on the top & serve with the nachos!

RECIPE: Zuccini Black Bean Tortillas!

INGREDIENTS:

2 Med. Zuccini
2 regular size cans of black beans (drained & rinsed)
1/2 tablespoon of Cummin
1/2 teaspoon of Chilli powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion salt
Whole Wheat Tortillas
Salsa
Low fat Shredded Cheese
Low fat Sour Cream
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:

Slice skin off your zuccini (leave on if you like it) & then chop the zuccini up into thin slices/cubes and add to a skillet with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil covering the bottom. Drain and rinse both cans of your black beans and add them to the skillet. Add all of your spices and mix together well. Sautee the mixture for about 5 minutes to get the flavors blended and the zuccini a little tender.

Brown the tortillas (I put my in the oven on BROIL for a few minutes).

Once the zuccini & black bean mixture is finished, just add to your tortilla along with some salsa, cheese & sour cream & enjoy!
